The goal of the American Immigration Law Center is to meet or exceed
our clients' highest expectations with regard to their immigration
needs. It is imperative to choose the right professional who will provide
meticulous and personal attention to your matter while taking into
consideration short and long term needs of your family.
Our law office will design a personalized strategy based
on current US immigration laws and regulations, aimed to
meet your personal and business goals. This process begins by
obtaining necessary information concerning your background,
experience and credentials. We will expertly analyze your qualifications,
address your particular concerns and recommend (if it exists), the
most appropriate strategy to meet your immigration needs.
All information provided through the questionnaire will remain
confidential, and will be used for the sole purpose of evaluating the best
course of action for you to obtain either a temporary or permanent visa
to enter the United States.
Within five business days, following your response to our Free Evaluation Questionnaire, you will receive a written response from
the office. The attorney's determination will include the American
Immigration Law Center's recommended course of action, tailored to
your specific case. This response will outline the visa options available
to you, their benefits and processing times, along with our costs and
government fees for this service.
Following your acceptance of our proposal, you will be asked to review
and accept our retainer agreement and provide necessary documents.
An experienced, professional Attorney will diligently prepare and submit
your completed documents to the appropriate government agencies.
